Marc Babsin is the Director of Real Estate Development at Emerald Fund, Inc., one of the premier mixed-use, residential developers in San Francisco. Marc has been with Emerald for over 6 years. Marc is a licensed attorney, a CPA, and a city planner. Marc holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, a JD from Harvard Law School, and a Master in City Planning from the University of California at Berkeley. Marc is also an accomplished photographer with a love for things urban. Marc's work can be seen at www.marcbabsin.com. Marc joined the TLC board in January 2004.

Lisa Feldstein
Lisa is the Senior Policy Director for the Public Health Law Program, in which capacity she directs the Land Use and Health Project, helping public health and planning professionals work together to create healthier environments. Prior to her present position, Lisa worked in affordable housing and land use, most recently as an independent consultant to local governments and CBO's. She spent five years with the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing under two administrations, and also served as a San Francisco Planning Commissioner from 2002-2004. She serves on the Board of Chinatown Community Development Center, for which she chairs the Housing Committee. She also co-chairs the Urban Planning Committee, serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Board Development Committee for San Francisco Planning & Urban Research Association (SPUR), and serves as a member of the Board of Friends of City Planning.
Bert Hill
San Francisco Bicycle Coalition representative
Bert is a bicycle advocate specializing in transportation and secure storage. He is currently developing a Bay Area intermodal bicycle sharing program, and teaches safety courses as a League of American Bicyclists certified instructor. Bert also serves as Chair of the San Francisco Bicycle Advisory Committee. Formerly, he worked in engineering and construction project management. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he studied Urban Development.
Rafael Mandelman
Attorney, Jarvis, Fay, and Doporto. Rafael serves on the executive boards of the Alice B. Toklas Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Democratic Club and the Noe Valley Democratic Club.
Alix Rosenthal
Alix is a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Oakland, specializing in redevelopment and military base reuse. She is President of the National Women's Political Caucus (SF chapter), and lives in Ashbury Heights with her partner Steve. Alix rides a scooter, takes BART to work and wishes that the 37 and 33 bus lines were more reliable.
Dave Snyder
Dave is Director of Transportation Policy for the San Francisco Planning & Urban Research Association (SPUR) , where he previously served as chair of the transportation committee. He is the past Director Program Development for the Thunderhead Alliance, where he shared and promoted best practices in pedestrian and bicycle advocacy around North America and helping to create new advocacy organizations where they were most needed. He was the founding executive director of Livable City, then called Transportation for a Livable City, and the executive director of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition from 1991 to 2002.
