I've wondered what might discourage drivers from using the "bus" lanes on Market. Maybe a wet blanket brigade is the way to go! Can we get the SFPD on it?
The other idea I like is stickers reading "I blocked a bus lane today" slapped on bumpers. This would be easy to do while the car's idling at the red light, preventing a bus/streetcar from getting to the boarding island. I don't know who thought of this...It sure wasn't me!
