[Carfreeliving] New bike lanes on Market

Hello all, for two mornings now I've admired the new bike lanes on
Market from the bus window - lovely.  Less lovely are the tour bus and
RV parked in the bike lanes two mornings in a row.   I think I saw a PCO
on a bike ticketing a delivery van this am which was nice.
 
I spoke to the Assistant General Manager at the Ramada on Market between
8th and 9th this morning, Thurston O'Brian, he was very nice.  According
to him the tour bus and the RV have nothing to do with his hotel.  I
told him that he may want to let his doorpeople know that cyclists will
be reminding drivers to stay out of the lanes.  He said he would pass
the word along.
